We are hiring a Scheduler I to join our Contact Center in Albuquerque, NM

Seeking a high-performing, versatile Contact Center Team Member who finds purpose in making a positive impact in the healthcare community. 

  This Full-Time job is located at     Lovelace Medical Group   is a multispecialty provider group, which includes clinics,  doctors and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary   care, and provides patients with exceptional health care through the support of   Lovelace Health System hospitals and technology.    

 

Scheduler I Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Provides direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned department to include but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling and verifying insurance.
  • CSC also handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and/or oversees cashiering operations.
  • Provide World-Class customer service through positive interaction and continuously elevate customer/patient satisfaction and experience
  • Identify and resolve customer needs to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Meet/exceed established industry standard service goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Agent (KPIs) - Average Handle Time (AHT), Not Ready (ACW), Commitment to Schedule, Quality Assurance, CollectionsTeam (Service Goals) - Service Levels, Abandonment Rates, Average Speed of Answer (ASA)
  • Demonstrates high levels of flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to answer an average of 78 – 90 calls/da
     

Scheduler I Education and Experience Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Desired: Associate’s Degree in related field of study
  • Medical terminology
  • One (1) year of previously related experience
  • Preferred: Previous medical office experience
  • Preferred: Heart Saver
  • Ability to type and enter data efficiently and accurately. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively. 
  • Knowledge of office procedures. 
  •   Knowledge of insurance plans. 
  • Skilled in a variety of software applications.
